SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery cost is £5.95 anywhere in the UK regardless of the size of the order. 

Orders from The Damn Fine Cheese Company Ltd are delivered by Apc and on occasion Royal Mail. Their delivery times are between 8am and 6pm. During higher peak times delivery may be outside of these times.  When placing your order please give us your mobile tel no and APC will text you a delivery time slot and tell us in the delivery instructions box where to leave your parcel if you are not in to receive it. This will help to avoid parcels being taken back to the delivery depot.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel any order any time before it has been fulfilled. Please let us know via e-mail and include your order number.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our produce, we are unable to offer a return policy. However, should your produce arrive in a damaged condition please contact us immediately via e-mail to enable us to rectify the matter.
